Oh, you're in luck. That is a standard part - a 2SC2751.

This is a 2SC2320

Looking in : http://members.tripod.com/~Malzev/comp/transist.htm these
both seem to be Silicon NPN transistors, not MOSFETs.

I repaired my video monitor with parts from an outfit that carries a
wide
range of Japanese numbered parts, but I can't find the name of that
outfit
right now.
