If I'm not mistaken, these are probably 2SC2751 and 2SC2320
You can try mcm electronics on the web(http://www.i-mcm.com)
Here's what I found there. You'll need to verify that these
are correct


C2751:
2SC2751 SUB ONLY - USE ITEM# 2SC3435 5A 120W BCE:
2SC3435 NEC TRANSISTOR MP-80 500V 15A 120W BCE ($5.06)

C2320: (small to-92 3 leg)
2SC2320 MITSUBISHI TRANSISTOR TO-92 50V .2A .3W ECB ($0.43)
