If you decide to go with polycarbonate, you will want to make sure that you
get the cast variety, not the extruded stuff. The extruded stuff is
difficult to cut cleanly. The cast stuff cuts very nicely!

You may also want to look at the vfontz program from Fred Smith if you are
going to engrave any amount of fancy text, its amazing!
