Re: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Slightly off-topic : History behind lettered drills

The big problem with not being on the metric system here was
stupid government. They tried to change to metric while
retaining the inch measurement. That made all of the metric
measurements some decimal fraction. Where they did change to
metric measurement, it took and works. Just look at the two
liter pop containers.
