Annie,
Have you tried dental burs? These are pro versions of the Dremel
burs. Ask your dentist if he will give you a few used
samples. They are available from dental suppliers new tho. The shanks
can be short and small, but the cutting edges come many ways.
Very handy and Sharp. Also Rio Grande (www.riogrange.com) has an
enormous selection of burs for the jewelry trade. Free Cat.
