I would second this and add some details.

CNC mounts from Camtronics (http://www.seanet.com/~dmauch/)
Stepper motors from Camtronics (Suggest P/N 23-032)
Either a Camtronics 2 amp 3 axis kit if you are willing to do the soldering
or 3 Geckodrive (http://www.geckodrive.com) G210 drives.

I would also highly recommend taking Fred Smith up on his special for this
group prices on Vector for your CAD/CAM.

Not a turnkey package, but all proven components that will play well
together.
