What about Marvel Air Tool oil? It works in 30K rpm die grinders. Just a
thought.

The bearing literature I've read says to use lighter oils for higher speeds
and less of it. Two stroke motorcycle crank bearings run with just a dilute
mist of oil that enters with the fuel. Tuners have experimented with sealed
bearings only to find they were short-lived.

Perhaps the poor man's solution is to borrow the mist concept from the
motorcycle. Feed the bearings with mist-laden air from a line lubricator
such as those used for pneumatic equipment. One or two CFM at 50psi should
do it. Of course you would want to collect the exhaust air through a return
tube to avoid getting oil on everything.
