We have some new collets for our machining center at work, they are built
for high speed machining. You clamp the tools in using an hydraulic pump. I
think they are made by Sandvic. We had also looked at the shrink fit systems
but decided to go this way instead. These are much bigger than what you
would need for engraving, but it is an interesting system.
