Why use a differentila thread when you can get the resolution your looking
for using an "off the shelf " component? With this component and a .200
lead on the ball screw, a one (1) degree movement of the stepper motor would
provide you with .00001133" of travel. Small enough? And it's practical
for the full length of the lead screw.
