Hi Roman;
I am using Microkinetics DM8010 drivers at 5 microsteps. The original
DR8010 half stepping drivers were horrible in terms of resonance with the 42
motors. The present setup eliminated resonance issues but they are still
gutless above 600 RPM. The motor data sheet from MK confirms this.
The detent torque of these motors is higher than in any motor I have seen.
Are you sure N42's are supposed to have lower detent torque?
