Simple EDM schematics...

Hi all,
Does anyone have some schematics for simple homemade EDM. I have Jon's
and would like to see others also.

Maybe a scanned version of that Home Machinist magazine's article?

Yes, I broke a brittle tap off in an aluminum piece I made yesterday.
I rigged up a setup like Jons, but overlooked the EDM cap on the
output side of the series resister (Duhhh!). So needless to say I
whatched it make little sparks with no real material removal
for some time.

I used light spindle oil as the electrolyte, and a syringe needle,
since it was already insulated at the base. I had a 30V 10amp supply
and a 250 watt 8 ohm dummy load for the series R. This was all stuff
handy for a quick 5 minute setup attempt.

Going to try again tonight.
