Has anyone converted a manual Taig Mill to CNC ?

Has anyone converted a manual Taig Mill to CNC ?

Just wondering if this is worth attempting as there's a big price
difference between the manual mill and the CNC ready versions in the
UK.

I've asked at the Taig group, but no-one seems to have attempted this.

The difference between machines seem to be motor mounts, bearings and
leadscrews. Anything else ? Would these be too complex and/or
expensive to do myself ?
