Some controllers, such as my Master5 and some CAD programs such as
VectorCam allow you to switch between absoulute and incremental I,J's. You
might find that feature helpfull in your testing. The full circle actually
should be two G02's rather than a G02 followed by a G03, that would give you
a ARC followed by the reverse direction Arc.
