This would indicate a serious error, if using I,J,K format! In R
format, it makes sense...

G00 x0y0
G02 x0y0 i <anything> j <anything> F <anything except 0>

SHOULD make a complete circle, and NOT flag an error. The i,j values
will set the size of the circle, and its location relative to the
origin start/end point.
