I can find the combo I want in say, .080 pitch which is close to 2.5mm,
but in that pitch, a 30 tooth pulley has a 3/16 bore. I need 3/8 on
both, and would probably have to bore the 30 tooth even in .200 pitch.
I can get a 54 groove pulley in molded lexan or acetal, or I can get it
in bar stock form (like buy a foot and make a 3/8 wide pulley from it)
but I think that would be rather expensive.
I've gone through Berg, PIC, SPI, Nordex, Allied Devices, Seitz, as well
as McMaster-Carr catalogs. Nada.
