already be working CNC machines. Why switch?
I don't really understand what you are asking for, here.
Anyway, if these machines are using servo motors, you
need a lot more than just the computer. You need a
Servo-to-Go card to read the encoders, and send velocity
commands to the servo amplifiers. And, you need the
servo amps and power supplies.
For stepper control, you just need a PC parallel port and
the sepper driver units.
