EMC is running my controller perfectly. Wish it had 4 axis now.

I just finished my 4 axis 2.5 A per phase controller that I made a copy of
for a guy that makes pool cues. I took a sherline and added a forth axis to
rotate the wood stock. It ran fine after I got the software fixed.

Got all my sherline retorfit kits ready to ship.

I am finishing up my DRO linear encoder kit plans tomorro and hope to make a
prototype similar to the other ones I made.

My shoptask rotary table with stepper motor drive should be done friday

I have a 25 watts CO2 laser sitting on my shelf. I have the vacuum pump and
other goodies. What I don't have is the power supply. Does anyone have plans
for a power supply that will run a 25Watt co2 water cooled , flowing gas
laser?

My next project is to redesign my 5A controller so that they are individual
modules with jumper selectable full/half step, all wingings off and what
other features creeep into the process. I really like to add microstepping
but don't have a clue on how to program a PIC chip to replace the PBD3517.
I'll also make a 4 maybe 5 axis opto isolated junction board to take the
signals from the parallel port and distribute them to the modules. This way
you can have 3/4/5 axis if you have a power supply large enought to handle
it. It should help if you want to use the controller with a plasma cutter.
