I used to do quite a bit in Cadkey when CNCrouting for aviation cabinets; We
had Tool Radius Compensation in our Post Processing, so we drew actual size,
but you can just juggle your piece patterns, then create parallel lines one
tool radius away and connect them up with lead in's and etc.
Nester is shareware, which I haven't really tried; I think it is better
suited to multiple copies of the same items, which can also be done with
machine offsets and program looping.
