Tramming the Head

Well I geuss there no way around tramming the head (to get the
finished product I want) so that brings me to my next question
how do you tram a head on a Mill/Drill?
Where can I get the shims?
What kind of offset tool (indicator holder) do I need for the spindle?
Anything else would I need to know.
