  Gentlemen,
Just to keep a balanced perspective for those over and down yonder, I also
live in America, but in the Ozark mountains of Missouri, money is hard to
come by compared to its availability in the metropolitan areas like Denver,
Colorado. Many people are supporting their families on jobs paying less
than $8.00 dollars per hour, and the cost of living (except for the cost of
the land) is about the same all over this country.
But I do enjoy many other blessings including more freedom than they do in
those metro. areas.
