Alan,

Can you be more specific about the ball screw conversion for the
Y-axis? Did you let the far end hang without a bearing block like it
is when it arives? On the Z-axis mounting. You did not use the
existing rack and pinion assembly? Do you have any sketches on your
ball screw conversion?
