With flood coolant you don't need to have chip clearing. Add a
garden hose w/sprayer head to your coolant line to spray the chip out
of the vise after making some serious cuts. You will probably find
that the screen will just get in your way. A t-slot cleaner might be
more useful.

Without full enclosure at best you will be able to contain the flying
chip from flycutting to only one side of the mill. The coolant is
tough to really contain even with full enclosure, as the slightest
bump to sheet metal and you can develop a leak.
