I've had the same experiences. The Canadian Gov'mt says they can't
understand why Canadians are slow to take advantage of the WEB as consumers.
Well, when you have to double the US price to calculate what it will cost in
Can. , its no wonder. I once ordered a 5$ part from a surplus place, it cost
$36.00 by the time I paid 1$ duty and $30.00 brokerage fee, and the next
time it will be free, and the next time $25.00, cuz they can't figure out
their own regulations.
