that is all the secret good service engineers earn their
living with. And very well recognized factories often
make similar mistakes. But don't believe the construction
department will listen to your recommendations as a "simple"
field engineer.
The only occasion a development department listened to
my recommendation and developed a simple fool proof
bread and butter product the sales department still doesn't promote it
because it is "under the clients expectations" {better said" it wasn't our idea"}
Life is hard but unfair.
