I bought their Driverack system and had numerous problems with it. It went
back for repairs three times. Also, they would not honor their money back
guarantee. I spent about six months getting it working.

Microkinetics has yet to deliver on their promise to update the Millmaster
software. It does not support ramping in jog mode, making it useless for
any motor big enough for a Bridgeport.

The optistep card is rated for 20K steps/sec which isn't near enough for
microstepping. CNCpro will do 100K steps/sec, doesn't require a proprietary
card and costs a fraction of the Microkinetics package.
