Why not use printed-circuit drill bits (solid carbide) that are made
for the job? They're available surplus, re-sharpened.

The bits are very fragile and will 'snap' without warning if they're
not fed pretty much exactly straight in. Plan on breaking a few. :)

PCB material is fairly abrasive and tough on bits.

I've hand-drilled a few hundred holes in PCB's using the Dremel and
its 'drill press'. It's not so hard, -if- you leave the 'blank' center
spot in all pads. That will 'center' the drills just fine.

Also, please wear a face mask. It's nasty dust to breathe.
