Sure. The horrible 3-in-1 machine we have at work uses Morse
tapers with a drawbar. Obviously, you need a hollow spindle for the
drawbar to reach through. There is limited availability of threaded
morse end mill holders and the like, but they do exist. I was told the
machine did NOT have a hollow spindle, so I bought tanged end mill
holders, and later bored and tapped them for a drawbar.
