A strong guess is B&S #9. That was common on mid-sized horizontal mills.

#9 B&S arbors of various sizes are still easy to find. End mill holders are
kind
of a new phenomenon, linked to the virtual disappearance of the horizontal mill

in the commercial shop. You might get lucky, but you will probably have to buy

new. I think you might be able to find some at Travers, and MSC stocks
practically
anything you could imagine.

That is assuming it really is a #9 B&S. You might try to borrow a #9 B&S
arbor of some sort just to make sure you have the correct taper identified.
