Your right and I see it..... Via Servo. Sometimes it just takes an old man a while to
see things !

Using Optical or Prox, setting home of the rotary axis to that non contact switch,
then jogging to part Zero. Doesn't matter when the part was put in. From any
location, a Re-Home procedure finds the switch and then knows where part Zero is.
Perfect. Excellent !

Sheez, if this is this basic why is no one marketing such a little beast? You know
what they get for a small powered Indexer.......

Now it comes down to Servo Size to run as a Spindle motor. I wish I had a way of
determining what the actual output of the motor I have is on the Ryobi. A close
replacement would be nice. The entire thing fits very well on my machine and I can
extend it to what I need.
