Tom - Thanks for your help.

It also turned out that I did not pay attention to the polarity of
the motor connection for the g340 and that prevented it from coming
out of estop. Dan Mauch was able to clear that up for me and I have
the first part from the conversion!

I still need to work on the shielding since I have at least one
instance of the TIG about 15 feet away causing a fault when the arc
was struck.
