Hi Peter:

Sorry, I haven't broke down and got a digital camera yet. Just look at
the photo of the large Gantry table when Master5 starts up and imagine
another motor (actually a 30VDC servo motor with a drill chuck tapped onto
its shaft) mounted to the side of the main router. I just made the height of
the second motor just high enough that with no bit in the chuck it is at the
same height as the first router with no bit. I just put a bit in the router
I intend to use. They are both mounted to the same Z-Carriage so no special
programming is required. And I can tell you, its real pleasent to cut wax
with the servo motor. No sound whatsoever. I engrave large photographs into
the wax in negative, then spray with pam, pour plaster into the wax, let
harden, pop it out, apply one layer of wood stain to the plaster, let dry,
then spray quickly once with WD-40 (light oil), the stain liquifies, and
then begins to sink into the plaster, since the oil hit the upper surfaces
better when you spray it, the high points sink faster into the plaster.
The end effect is a photograh in 3d that looks like a 1920's photo
with the added feature that the eye's of the subject have an erie habit of
following you around the room because the photo IS slightly different from
every angle.

Neat effect if anyone wants to try it.
