You might be running into a size limit from your computer bios. You can
either flash your bios if a newer version is available (a little doubtful)
or find a program called Ezdrive. It will interpret between the parameters
your bios can understand and the parameters of the larger hard drive. It
will also help partition and format the 4gb drive. There are a couple of
similar programs, but I am only familiar with Ezdrive.
