WinTopo Pro produces colour vectors from a colour raster
WinTopo Pro can load TIFF, GIF, JPEG and BMP raster files.
Choose colour for digitising new polylines.
Elevations (Z coordinates) can be assigned to the vectors, ready for
output to 3D CAD and GIS systems.
Output to the following format:
AutoCAD Drawing Interchange Format (*.DXF).
