Seems to me your project would be much simple, quicker and cheaper to
accomplish using RTV rubber to cast a mold of the inside if the horns' bell.
After making the casting you'd have two options: 1. Cut the casting in
half, lay it down on a sheet of paper and trace the curve outline; 2.
Create a fixed template of the curve to fit the curvature of the casting.
This one takes a bit of patience to cut/sand, etc. the curve to fit the
casting
