copy c:\progra~1\netsca~1\users\yourname\mydocu~1\cnc.zip

All this ~1 stuff is because DOS sees only the first 8 letters of long
filenames, so Win95 and later make pseudonames for these files
by taking the first 6 letters and adding ~1, ~2 etc. to keep them
separate. Instead of doing this, you would find it a lot easier
to copy the file with windows explorer. if you have an unzip utility
that runs under windows, you can do the unzip-ing with that, too.
If not, you will need to download pkzip or a similar package.

Unzip the file with something like

pkunzip cnc.zip

You don't have to do the unzip in DOS mode, either. Just so that
the uncompressed files are in the directory. Then you can go
to DOS mode and run it.
