DOS Install

Hello everyone...I was hoping SOMEBODY would take pity on a novice
with DOS commands...I am trying to setup my mini mill with CNC and I
got the servo motors on and hooked up NOW im trying to get the cnc
operating system to work...I downloaded it and put it in "my
documents"...It was sent to me in a ZIP file in an e-mail..per the
instructions,I went to DOS and the C root directory...Made a
directory called CNC(md cnc),change to "cnc" directory (cd cnc)...NOW
im supposed to copy the file to this directory,and unzip..Im
stuck....I dont know how to copy to the DOS/cnc file i made/and or
unzip in dos mode.........supposedly ,once I do that,it will run
machine.....ANY help at all with the commands I need to put in will
be greatly appreciated...thanx mike
