Haven't got the manual. only have the downloaded demo at this point, so I'm
doing what works with what I have....and what I know works. Will look at
the manual when I buy the program next month.

program is "Heads up Digitizing". The image can have a Z depth assigned.
Vector can draw splines through a series of points, lines between two points
and arcs between 3 points, sketched onto the graphic. It also lets you
rubberband arcs and modify ALL the geometry without needing to redraw.
Double click any entity to see its geometric detail, and to modify it. If
you look at the Vector quick tips card you will see that there are a lot of
methods to move, stretch, select and modify.
