Hi Jon,
We have the CNC for the positioning, what if we used EDM to weld the
wires down? OK, I know it's for cutting, but it IS like a little
welder!
I have a Gardener-Denver wire wrap gun, with a nice little stripper
mounted on it. Not automatic, tho.
Using some old plotter steppers to position a "cursor" above the proper
pin to wrap would be helpful! The Gcode program could make the moves,
or a "modified" controller program could even tell us the length of wire
we needed!
