it's Dave L. again. I have more information on the servo:
its a:
Dynetic Systems
D.C. servo motor with tach
Model No. 22134B
rated at 70.0 Volts, 1.70 amps
generator volt grad: 14.0 D.C.V/KRPM
i tried getting info from the web site, but was unsuccessful, requested a
catalog...
I'm not sure what 'generator volt grad' means, is this an encoder? there is
another shaft at the end of the motor i could attach a quadriture (but
spelled right) encoder to. and then build a box with gecko's in it for the
two axis's (whats the plural of that?) then i could have a box that would
allow me to switch just to dc motor back and forth from the optical tracer
and the gecko box/computer,
thoughts anyone?
thanks in advance, Dave L.
