go to a place that sells industrial and pick up a book on grinding wheels.
the type # and the grade makes a lot of difference. also before you spend a
lot of money on wheels many bearing shops toss stones all the time. any
place that does grinding will have old wheels hanging around with plenty of
meat left on them. quick reference; green for carbide, black may also be
used, most of the blue grey are good for steel. white usually tool
steel,many shades of brown usually aluminum oxide,general work. Go to the
