Well there are lots of point cloud converters. From high end like
PRO/Engineer Scan module... & delcam CopyCAD
I use Rhino 2.0 . Good point cloud manupulator & converts into what
ever u want IGES,STL,
try trial at http://www.rhino3d.com/download.htm
It is also a serious NURBS surface developer
Another one is called Geomagic Raindrop . Haven't find it useful as i
need to make accurate surfaces.
Another painstaking method would be manually enter coordinates in a
2d CAD system like intelliCAD.
Lots of software reads "Ascii" point files with Comma delimited.
Homebrew laser stripe digitize, if u have pictures or website throw
us a link please.
