Hi Ricky:

The printer port speed will not be your problem, it is capable of
tremendous speeds. But you should be aware that the only software capable of
driving the MaxNC closed loop system is the software that comes with it. I
get ALOT of questions from people that are wondering if they can convert to
step/dir and a few have been a little
upset when they learn they must use the MaxNC software. (I make no judgement
about the software, just thought I'd mention it). A few have said they
wished the'd known before hand.
