Hello Lee,
that is common use.
A good way for long term run is to turn a centering ring that
fits into the conuses of the chuck and the rotary table.
And screw it down.
For single setup and low cutting forces it is enough
screw or clamp the chuk on the R-table and center it with
the indicator.
