Vector Cad does not display G-code at all. Vector CAM will allow you
to import G-code into the editor, using File-Import. You can then
Back plot the program to see the toolpath geometry that was used to
make the program.

It works very well for arcs with R values instead of I-J-K. Just
make sure that you are using a configuration that is set for R values
in arcs. This setting can be found under Options-Driver in the NC
editor.
