G02 Rx

Hi,

What hobby class CAM/controller with program support G02/03 Rx rather
than the more widespread G02/03 Ix Jy?

Can VectorCAD 9.3 display NC program with G02/03 Rx? I managed to
open an NC program with blocks containing G02/03 Rx from the menu bar
File>Open>.... The graphic displaced shows a series of straight
lines, didn't see any arc. Is there another way to open NC program
with VectorCAD that I do not know of?
