Hello all,
I have an electronics question that some of you electronic gurus may be able
to help me with.
I am trying to make a device that will count the number of times a hall
sensor or an optical sensor (either would work for my purpose) is tripped.
The total count will never exceed the capacity of a 4 digit display and the
frequency of the count will never exceed 200/sec. I have read about IC that
incorporate both a counter and a LED display and only require a connection
to the sensor and power, but have not been able to locate one or recognize
it from the the listings of ICs that most supplies provide.
Can anyone point me to the right item or a source that may be able to help
me.
Thanks,
Tim
