Lloyd,
Use a SHARP drill with the lip rake ground to zero (a small flat on
the leading edges). Don't step drill. Drill at low RPM to avoid heat
and ease it thru. Soluable oil mix or water may help.
Plastic will always produce a tight hole but, using a sharp drill,
especially at the corners, will help.
Oversize reaming may be the only other recourse.
