One last suggestion before we close the lid... Try to hand-sharpen the
drill bit with one lip longer than the other (i.e. the vee-center is then
"off-center"), then the drill will make oversized holes, even in plastic,
(if the bit is long enough to flex several "tenths"). Anyways it sure works
in soft metals. Also, DON'T make a pilot hole, it will defeat your
purpose.
