The Pascal is a measure of pressure - it happens to be 10 dynes per
cm^2. Usually, in the world of practical pressures, its expressed as
kilopascals (1 KP = 0.145 psi) or megapascals (1 mp = 145 psi).

Frankly, in practical terms, the pascal is a rather useless sized
measurement of pressure, its either to tiny to worry about (the pascal
itself), 10X to small to be convenient for things like tire pressure
(Kilo Pascal) or to big for things like tire pressure (Mega Pascal).
