Hi Chris,

I'll probably get the pix posted this weekend. Your box sounds like a
good size/fit! Mine is 19" wide, 7" tall, and 9.5" deep. good fit for
the parts. I put in two 28V transformers, although initially I'm only
running on one. I've also put in a pair of 4.5" fans from defunct PC
power supplies. The lever type power switch on the supplies are also
useful. I mounted mine over an existing hole in the front panel. I
used the male AC connector for power, and for the "switched" outlet, try
the female AC connectors also found on PC power supplies.

A "removable pin" DB25 male connector interfaces to the PC. the
removable pins allow easy changes after everything is wired, and I find
that I can make neat cabling to the required connections without needing
a "paddle board" (breakout). And barrier terminal strips are always
useful.

I'd also suggest individual switches for the axis "disable". And of
course, separate fuses in each Gecko power leg (don't forget the MAINS
fuse either!).

Yes, those motors sound nice. A little extra resolution! And I agree,
I'd like to see more driver/PS boxes that list members have built.
